Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack your glassware or accessories in the original protective padding to prevent breakage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
